The symbol is a section through a building. A solid core rises from one base, and two layers wrap it on each side, each an exact offset of the one before it: the same angle, the same curves, one step lower and one step wider. Beside it, MFC and Modern Foundations stand as one block, exactly as tall as the symbol.

Each layer steps out by one equal distance and down by one equal level: growth, in order.

Three letters, one foundation.

The letters of MFC are cut and fitted into one square, the way a building fills its plot. The C binds the M and the F together, and three strips rise from its curve into a solid block. Modern Foundations stands beside the mark, centered on its axis.

The binding piece. It cuts into the M and both arms of the F, locking all three together.

Layers

Three strips follow the upper curve of the C and stack into a solid block: structure first, then finishes, then FF&E.
